If you’re new to renting with us and find a property you’re interested in, you’ll first need to register on our website.

• Right to Rent (RTR) Checks
During registration, you’ll be asked to provide information required for a RTR check.
You DO NOT need to have completed a RTR check to begin the process of securing a property.
The registration page explains the RTR process in detail, and you can preview what you’ll need to do by clicking the “Register” button without entering any information.
Please note: if you are using a passport to complete a RTR check, you MUST have the passport physically present with you while completing the check. If the passport is not physically present, the check will fail.
